I'm using a LongListSelector and I will like to bind the visibility of the ListHeader to the count of the items. If there aren't any than collapsed it else make it visible.

How can I achieved this?

I am more experienced in WPF so I am not sure that it is possible but If I have a problem like that I would look for ValueConverters. You should create a class and inherit from IValueConverter and then define it on the Binding Expression so it will run background and convert data.
