Complaint Mnagement System

we are running a software house, having loads of customers
for tracking their complaints we need a complaint management system, have searched goole for 2 days but cant find the write solution
can any one plz suggest some free open source software that i can upload on my domain,

or how to make simple system with ASP (as i dont know php and loads of solutions are in php...)

It's a web based solution in C#.NET (aspx) and works with SQL (even SQL Express).

It actually works really well. We have a home built plugin that integrates it directly into the Pending Changes view in Studio so it is also very efficient for us.
