MenuStrip in a COM UserControl

I have a COM Usercontrol writed in C#, and i put a MenuStrip in the usercontrol, this MenuStrip as add ToolStripMenuItem's dynamically.

My problem is:

When i use my usercontrol in a project in Powerbuilder and i run my application, when i press the ALT Key the menu not activated , i dont know because this

I need a idea , anybody help me?
