Translate web page into another languages

I am working on a web project where I want each web page to be translated into Indian Languages (e.g: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati) on click of a button. The Web project is in vb.net. I have tried some source codes which was posted on net, but it did not worked. I want some help, so that I can complete my project as early as possible. The language must translate and not transliterate.
