How To Make to databases synced

Dear All,

Kindly i want to know if there is any way to make a live database synced from local database of any changes happened on local LIKE :

if i have created a new procedure on local DB automatically synced to online database

or modified a column on local direct changed on online .

and i need some way to sync live data to local DB
