Solution 2

Follow these simple steps:
1. Right click on the solution and select Add Existing Item.
2. Browse for an image and add it.
3. Now right click on any space on the page and select properties.
4. Go to Background and click the ellipses symbol [...]
4. Browse for the image you added recently and give

The image will be set as page background!
