Hi,

My name is Dipankar Chowdhury and I am new in VB.NET.

So I would like to know how to protect access 2007 database with password in VB.NET 2008 programming?

Please help me to solve the problem.

Solution 1

Encrypt a database by using a database password[^]
and then use-

CSS

Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=C:\myFolder\myAccess2007file.accdb;
Jet OLEDB:Database Password=MyDbPassword;

hey it is very simple, just open your MS- access database after that click on database tool and click on set database password.
