Let a = b ....... (1)
a - b = a - b
a^2 - ab = a^2 - ab
a^2 - ab = a^2 - b^2 (from 1)
a (a - b) = (a + b) (a - b)
a = (a + b) ...... (2)

if a = 1
1 = (1 + 1) (from 1 & 2)
