How to use CNewMenu
You need only NewMenu.h and NewMenu.cpp to add to your project.
The best place is to insert at the end of your stdafx.h the include for NewMenu.h.
MyTrace.h and MyTrace.cpp is only needed when you like to have more detailed
debugging information.
