1. Execute OrderTotalsView.sql script to create OrderTotals view in Northwind database.
2. Run Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition and select File|Open Web Site menu option.
3. Browse to OrderManagerCS or OrderManagerVB web site folder and click Open button.
4. Open web.config in the root of the web site and change MyCompany connection string to a connection string that works with your database.
5. Run the web site.
