<h3>Aligning Controls</h3>
<p>When placing items on a document it is often desirable to align items with
near placed items either vertically or horizontally. To achieve this, from the
Edit menu select Layout -> Snap -> Snap to Near. Items placed within a
fixed number of pixels of another item will then be aligned automatically. To
change the tolerance (in pixels) from the Edit menu select Layout -> Snap
-> Snap Tolerance.</p>
