flyout html: flyout is a optional windows to show at the same time as the main windows
with complementary gadget information.
Flyouts are system modal, which means that only one flyout can be visible at any time.
If a gadget has multiple flyouts, only one can be displayed at a time —
if one flyout appears, the current one closes automatically. When a
gadget loses its focus, its flyout closes.
