That's what they did with my published article without taking my consent. So I decided not to use this forum for publishing articles. I would rather prefer to not receive email notification from some anonymous member saying that my article has been updated and I should revisit and verify the changes made to it.

As mentioned back in November, this was not some anonymous member changing your article without your consent. Rather, this was a staff editor trying to help you by fixing layout issues and minor typos.
If you view the revision history of your article, you will be able to see precisely what was changed.
Unfortunately, far too many authors would ignore a message asking them to review such changes before they're made live, so the editors tend to take a proactive approach. If you don't like what they've done, it's easy to revert their changes.
If you feel that the changes have gone too far, then you can always send an email to the site admins to ask them to take a look. If they agree with you, then they can have a quiet word with the editor in question.

What, other than the fact that you've posted this in completely the wrong forum, and have removed any useful information from your exception details?
Post your question in the C# forum[^], and include the full details of the exception, not just the stack trace.

I got an email from @Deeksha-Shenoy saying:
"Changes have been made to your article https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/475041/Wordnet-Rightfully-Transmogrified.
"Please take a moment to review the article to ensure that there are no errors. If there are any problems, please let me know."
Yet there is no way to contact her as it says "Note: This message has been sent from an unattended email box."
I did review the article and couldn't detect what the changes were that were made. Is there any way to find out what changes were made, by whom or why?

Left side menu --> Revisions
Look the list, if not all versions there, then "Show Minor Changes"
You can select two of them and "compare" button

As it looks... it was mostly correcting format or some capital letters / punctuation. Not really changing the content.

Deeksha is one of the CP editors. When you see an email like this, it generally means that the editors have gone through and done things like fixing capitalisation or spacing issues, or things like that.

I found that you were correct, minor points mostly the html markup. Which unfortunately reminds me that the whole article is overdue for an update or revision . Thanks again!

I am writing an article with pieces of code from xbase family languages: dBase, Clipper, FoxPro ...
// Trial Division Square Root
function TD_SR(Prod)
Local D, Top
Top= int(sqrt(Prod))
for D= 2 to Top
if Prod % D = 0
return D
endif
next
return Prod
Does the <pre> tag know ghw to highlight such language, or which language is recommended ?

I looked in my listed of articles ... and they're all there except the Mars Mission ones.
is this Big-Brother suppression?

Definitely Big Brother suppression. We all know Mars was faked in a Toronto studio.

I posted an article and all the image links are broken. They looked fine in the article editor, and when I previewed it, but now that it's up and running all the image links are broken. Here's the article: App for CPU Temps, Fan Speeds, etc., Part II.

A bit more information:
When I go back into the article editor, each image has a red bullet below it stating "image missing." They weren't missing during preview and when I posted it. The source zip file I uploaded is also missing.
I tried re-uploading one of the image files, and after doing so I now have two files listed with the same name: "300_HistoryZoomBoth.png". One appears to be okay, and the other still has the red "image missing" bullet below it.
I'm afraid to move forward and re-upload all the images because this looks like a real mess and I don't want to screw it up even more than it is.

Spent about a month putting together an article in bits and pieces, and kept it flagged as work-in-progress. Now, when I'm ready to post it, it won't post. Twice I've hit the post button, and on my "My Articles" page it's still listed as "This is an unfinished article." Both times I waited 24 hours and nothing changed. Any ideas why it's stuck?

I figured it out: I forgot to select a category for the article. Duh! Once I did that it seems to be unstuck.
