The article contains two links; one to the Australian postal service, and one to "postcodes-australia DOT com". The second link makes me think this could be site-driving spam.

I didn't see anything commercial on the second site. Looks OK to me unless one thinks of it as site driving.

Looks legitimate to me. Writing well AND doing an edit to correct spelling errors is one reason that I wouldn't flag it as anything nefarious, particularly as linked to Schlimmshady's website.
