I am not sure that the sequence of commands is correct. Try this:
using (ConnectionDB d = new ConnectionDB())
{
    d.CONNECTER();
    
    using (OleDbCommand cmbox = d.sql_con.CreateCommand())
    {
        cmbox.CommandText = "SELECT Code_article FROM Catalogue";

        // remaining code
    }
    d.DECONNECTER();
}
