If you see the first answer to this message, that is exactly what I told. If you report here, then it gets nuked quite fast. If you spot a "harmless" setup question, keep an eye on that before reporting it here, that way we can kill to flies with a single clap (not sure if the translation of that german expresion makes sense)

I would say for such kind of bait-questions to wait a little bit, keep an eye on it and when it gets answered then report it. That way we don't only catch the setup-enquirer but the "see that cool tool"-provider as well.

Setup questions are "harmless" as long as they don't have spam.

If some days gone... then nuke question anyways.
