The Windows 8 & Ultrabook App Innovation Contest
In a nutshell,
we want you to write an Ultrabook enhanced Windows 8 app and get it into the
Intel AppUp store. The first round involves publishing an article (or just
an idea - but the more info, and code samples if you can, the more likely
you get through Round 1)). 300 Round 1 winners are sent an Ultrabook, and
then race to get their (now thoroughly tested) application in the AppUp
store. $1000 to the first 50 apps in the store, $10,000 for the top article
in 1 of 7 categories, and a $20,000 Grand Prize.
-
The Android at Play Contest
Very simple: Create a new, NDK-based
Android game app for Intel architecture (IA) based devices, then write an
article about it and you could win a $25,000 cash prize.
There are big prizes but please get your entries in soon! Whether you're a
software house looking for some fame and fortune or you're just learning and
want to share your new creation, every eligible entry is a potential winner.
cheers,
Chris Maunder
