TNCaver - Professional Profile

I've developed software professionally since 1998, and for my own amusement more than a decade before. I started with MS BASIC on my dad's TRS-80 Model I, and worked through GW-BASIC, QuickBasic, PowerBasic, Visual Basic, VB.NET, and finally C# for the last decade and a half+ building websites and back-office automation and server apps with all the flavors of .NET. I've worked with four versions of SQL: MS T-SQL, IBM DB2, Oracle PL/SQL, and MySQL, love Assembly (but haven't touched it in years), C++ (yuch), some Python (blah), Java, JavaScript, and I always hand-code my HTML and CSS.

I love to explore, survey and map caves, and have been doing so intermittently since I was ten years old. I've made over 400 trips to over 140 different caves as of this update.

I play keyboard instruments and write and record music (all badly), create art with stained glass (not much better), am usually in the middle of reading at least 3 books, and argue about religion with strangers and friends on social media.
