Code Project Virtual Tech Summit Session

If you missed the premiere of one of our virtual tech summits you'll still be able to view these sessions. This video originally premiered in our Agile Development Summit February 23, 2011.

Abstract

Kanban: A Japanese term (??) meaning "signboard" or "billboard", is a concept related to lean and "just-in-time" production. Scrum: is a way of restarting a Rugby game after an accidental infringement or when the ball has gone out of play.

What do Scrum and Kanban have to do with eachother? And what do they have to do with software development. Many of you probably already know about "Scrum" as a project management framework for agile software development. But what about Kanban? In this session Joel Semeniuk presents "Scrumban" and explains both terms and how they can help your team with software development.
