<h3>Adding an Amalgamated Total</h3>
<p>To add an Amalgamated Total item to an <b>Open Door</b> document, select
'Browse Items' from the Edit menu, then select Add Amalgamated Total. The 'Add
Amalgamated Total' form is displayed. Select the 'Add Item' button, then select
a Total Item from the list displayed. If you wish to reverse the sign before
adding the total select the Reverse check box. Select OK to return to the 'Add
Amalgamated Total' form. Repeat until all Totals required to be included in the
Amalgamated Total have been added, then select OK. Cross Hairs are displayed.
Move the cursor to the required position and left click.</p>
