For a complete demonstration of the RemoteHostingApp the working directory of the application should contain at least the following files:
RemoteHostingApp.exe
RemoteHostingApp.exe.config
StandardRemoteObjects.dll
To demonstrate the pluggable ability of the application the following file should be placed and removed from the working directory:
PluggableRemoteObjects.dll
