this should be inserted in to a new table

insert into (name,location,job_type,job_title) values (name,location,jobtype,jobtitle).

here in this insert command jobtitle is related to all three dropdown home,office,mobile)
at a time only one can selected. but I need to store the job title into one column no matter which dropdown is selected.

I am recruiting different candidate, some for office post, some for home post, mobile post..
for each job type we have 100's of job title in our database which are going to be selected in job title dropdown.
if i recruit 2 candidates A & B.
name : location : job type : job title
A : London : Office : Manager
B : Delhi : mobile : surveyor
C : Newyork : Home : cleaner

the 3 different job title which in dropdown are fetching from different database table column . but for new report it need to be stored in one column for new recruiting post.

Sorry, As a fresher it's a big doubt for me.
Well my question is, the user should not click button or submit to see this information.
All these information should be there when the page loads.
I just want this code line to be dynamic and auto fetched when the page loads. not by entering their user name.

It should be loaded one by one after filling each form.

After filling all 40 form. can we track each individual form whether it has completed the all the process.

because its not just storing the data in database, there are lot of check, authorization and some forms will trigger some other forms.

Need to maintain form ID for each student.
Each student has so many sub - process before it hits the database finally. And each of the sub process should be tracked.
For example if a student need some special considerations in seating, it should trigger an other form.
and that form should be approved and submitted to different database.

It has lot of data and certainly can't be in table.
It has also process like, fees section which will submit to accounts dept(need to track the pending fees forms), so the cashier need to open the specified student form whenever he gets data to input it.

Re using the page is good idea, I am just working on this whether I can use this concept in my project.
