sql server 2000 port number is 1433

I need a code to shut down computer force
sometimes it is impossible to change the firewall setting .

yes. one of the reason is when firewall is off
another time when some applications Run in that computer ,,, it dont shut down
sometimes when it is log off it dont shut down either

I've closed All connections after I used it . I've also disposed All SqlCommand after I used it . but I have this error after 2 or 3 days
