Solution 1

Use .NET inbuilt function to display graph,values on graph.Another best option would be silverlight.

Solution 2

If you are using WinForms then this Article will help A Guide to using MSChart[^]. If you are using WPF you need to get hold of the Chart Control from the WPF toolkit (If you are using Visual Studio 2010, it is included) here[^].

You would need the ASP.Net Charting Control. Here is a link to the latest one .http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2010/02/07/built-in-charting-controls-vs-2010-and-net-4-series.aspx . Sorry don't know how to put links in comments.
