IIS display error page

Hi everyone
I have created a website on Windows Server 2008 (IIS 7) The above Error Summary
HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.
what is the reason any one can help me.....
So can anyone help me in this situation?

It seems that you don't have the default document in root folder and you just write the address of the site and not specify which document to be opened.

HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.
