Regarding Merging Cells in Datagridview Cell paint Event

I am able to merge cells.
But the value is not displaying properly.
On Clicking in the cell ,displays multiple values.
On Scrolling Event, it goes empty.
Some problem in Paint event.

tried this.refresh in Scroll Event.
Also Invalidate.
but it does not resolved.

Can Anyone Help me to sort out.
