I am able to hook a process with createremotethread for the first time but when i want to hook another instance of the same process with createremotethread then it is failing with error number 5 ?

It would be good if you share more detail. Related code snippet and full error.

error 5 is "Permission Denied". Your process doesn't have the necessary privileges to mess around with the other process, or your process might have the privileges but they are just turned off.
