Font size not set when running program in a different browser

Hi am working in asp.net.. If i run the project in chrome, the font allignment not set in mozilla fire fox browser.. Can anyone say the dynamic coding for running a different browser??

using CSS in your website, it will be usefull for not having compatibility issues.

I used css also set font size as 12px.. But its doesnt work..
