Add an entry for your program in the "All Programs -> Startup"?

assuming you have vista (or 7?) you could do a sidebar gadget.

Solution 1

So from your responses to comments, I assume you have the program, exact ?
If yes, 2 solutions:
1° Modify your program in order to be a service.
2° Start Your Windows Programs From An NT Service[^]
