What is unique in Monitor

Hi
I want to connect multiple monitor with single cpu and then i want to run my application in all monitors but for different monitor i want to make my different logic.Like for one monitor i want to saw 3 menu and another i want to saw 2 menu.

So my questio is how i distinguish monitor by which parameter i differentiated monitors.with monitor id or serial number.etc..

Or how i run my single application for different monitor.

What do you mean by the term "Monitor" is this an application monitoring the performance of CPU? or is this refer to "Display Unit"?

I am talking about "Display" as Monitor. Like in restaurant One main cpu and other display units.

Display units not at all contribute to the performance of the machine it is connected to. The Graphic card in the machine contribute the performance of the machine, and also the Graphic card which decides (firmware) how many and what type of display units to support.
