after resetting IIS how can i redirect to login page

Hosted My application on iis, i logged on web application i am able to access all the commands, if i did iis reset, Application was showing error Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: key as session["useid"] value becoming null instead of this i want to show logon page when i did iis reset.

Solution 1

Check session value in page load
If required value is null then redirect to home page which redirects to
diferent page based on user roles.
