What panel and what buttons? There is so much trash on that website it is unclear what it is that you are referring to.

We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

If you understood Schildt's "C#: the complete reference" with console examples, it'll not be very difiicult for you to learn how to create WinForm (and WPF) applications.
MSDN, "Visual C# 2008" and Troelsen's "C# and the .NET Platform" will be enough for the first time, i think.
