As SoMad commented you need to post this kind if stuff in Bugs and Suggestions[^] but there is nothing to do from codeproject team here.
you only need set your time zone in Your CodeProject Settings[^] correctly, and make sure to click on save my changes button after you done the changes. then you will get correct times in the reputation history
