for some reason, i need the .aps file which is created by visual studio 2010 not to be located in the default location which visual studio defines. i need it to be created somewhere else, like the temp folder (%temp%). is it possible? if yes, how?

Why is it an issue? ...if this is for source control purposes, you do know that you can simply ignore the file type right? ...perhaps if you tell us what you're trying to achieve we can help you set it up.

yeah, but not exactly source control. i need to have my sources everywhere i go. so i put them in DropBox. and i don't want to include garbage files in the folder.
