First i would like you to visit the link, IF you look closely on the parameters on the URL: Faculty1, statename, RegNum, gsm, email, i want to build a simple form webpage that requires this entries, at the bottom of the form should have submit, on clicking on the submit button it should make use of the link and display same result which the link provides initially. Thanks much grateful if am am been attended to asap.

Well - so far you've done nothing. If you're just learning, the first thing you should learn is how to look things up and not ask someone to point the way.

I gave you a site, somewhat pre-selected to your needs, that will teach you how to make a link.

I mean, really, what did you expect from your post? Ready-to-run code (ASAP, no less)?

You learn by DOING and STRUGGLING not COPYING!
