It's been edited by someone - I doubt the OP would add the "no effort" tag!
So the bug is that the editor isn't shown, just the OP (presumably with the edit time)

Well spotted, I missed the tag change.

Now click the "Show Minor Revisions" and you'll see who actually did it.
Why my name is on it at all, I'm not sure - I don't remember editing it (or even reading it!)

Why am I not surprised?
I'm sure Chris asked everyone to avoid "shame-tagging". Maybe it's time for a quiet word...

Not only that, but I keep deleted the no-effort tag.
Close a question or down-vote it. Don't insult the poster.

Just a thought, but if a question is still unanswered after a period (three months? Six? A year?) perhaps we should quietly delete it.
That way, a search via google doesn't come up with a frustrating unanswered question, and rep hunters aren't tempted to answer it for the rep points? It seems unlikely that it's still relevant to the OP after that amount of time (and it'd free up space in your DB).

How about a slight variation: email the OP to say you're about to delete the question, with a link to click if the question is still relevant. If they don't click the link within 30 days, delete the question.

Answered = "Has an answer posted" or "has an accepted answer posted"?

No answer posted at all.
If it's got an answer, then that could be the solution - only the OP would know. But if there is no answer at all...

I tried to Format Q/A: Designer cannot load[^]
How can I go back to V1? Or can somebody manage to go back to V1?
N.B: V1 and V2 are terrible

Done.
To do it yourself, click on the 'Vx' version link below the post. Then you can mark a previous version and use the 'Rollback' link.

Thank you very much for your speedy help.

You are welcome.
I have also tried to format the XML code but that fails. So I choosed plain text format which looks at least better than the original post.

Yes now it looks pretty ok
BTW: I do not see a 'Rollback' link. Maybe this is because of my rep which do not allow me such an Operation. Anyway you solved it. Thanks again.

Well... if you can't rollback, but you can edit... you can delete your previous changes in a new version

Yes you are right. But in this case it was some bigger text and after I formated it "XML" it replaced every "<" with < and so on. And after this I would not risk to destroy OP's question more
Usually I take a copy of plain text, but this time I failed completely. Sorry for that.

Don't worry. Everyone has had a situation like that. I was just giving you another possibility.

while improving a question, it is impossible to use <span class="highlight"> in a <pre> segment because it get automatically encoded on validation (or at least on re-edit)
