I sometimes get a filter in quick questions that I did not enter.
Is it possibly picking up someone else's settings?

Are you clicking one of the topics (Android, SQL, etc) on the homepage under "Latest Articles"?

I may have done - I'm not seeing this issue at the moment.
I'll see if I can track down what steps I did...

OK - I got this:-
Sorry, no entries were found matching tags VB.NET, C++, C++/CLI, C, VC6, VC7, VC7.1, VC8.0, VC9.0, VC10.0, VC11.0, VC12.0 after I had previously been on the C++ articles tab so that seems to be the cause.

It no goes to this link: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Answers/Post.aspx?aid=[post-id][^] The page opens up is empty and (using new editor?). Also the green 'submit' button is wrong...
...30 minutes later...
Now the page displays the old editor and the button is back as before, it also displays the expected content (except preview which seems to be ages behind the editor). However the page looks like the 'ask a question' page and not the 'improve the question' as I remember it...

It depends on the post.
A long, long time ago we allowed HTML posts in QA and so some old questions may have the old HTML format. I remember reasonably recently I put in place some code to ensure everything was converted to the text-with-HTML that we use. Clearly that 100% watertight code leaked.
Can you point me to the question that showed the WYSIWYG editor?
cheers

You missed the point - for an half hour I saw an other page when hit 'improve' button. The page displayed the new editor, messed up with the submit button and didn't show the original content. After half an hour the editor was back to the old one, the button got fixed and content was in place...But! Now I get a side not with the 'A few simple rules when posting your question.' like I'm to post a new question and not editing it - that wasn't there before...
And it now happening me with all questions...

I've received a few comments and criticisms on my blog feeds because the readers believe they are full-fledged articles.
I write both articles and blog entries. I definitely do put more time in polishing the articles that I post.
While the blog entries are serial in nature, cover a small topic, and by themselves could appear to be incomplete.
Could the fact that an article originates from a blog be made a little more prominent in the display of these articles.
I like the feature of feeding my blog to CP and getting the extra readers, and I would like to continue to feed my posts here. However, I would prefer to discuss the technical content with the readers rather than trying to explain to them that it isn't an article.

It should be separated, in the moderation queue there are different tabs and in the item itself it should be a "type" on the upper right corner.
Is that mixing? If not... I think the readers should pay a bit more attention

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

Wait for Admins to respond. I don't see such possibility as your friend was given a chance.

I am not sure if it is a bug or intentional, CodeProject is forgetting my filter setting too often. I have updated my filter several time this week.
I do not fear of failure. I fear of giving up out of frustration.

I used to be co-author for article Your Development Tools[^] starting from 26-Mar-14. However at some point my profile has vanished from the co-author list. If I try to add myself, I keep getting a generic, dictionary related error...

I can see you as co-editor this moment! All seems good...

I can't. So it seems that there was a short moment when the co-author info was present but vanished again for some reason....

Now I added some content to the article, added myself to co-author list and submitted the article. Then I realized I need to make more modifications, but when I try to edit the article, the editor is showing wrong version (44). That version does not contain the databases section I just added...
Really confused
