I have noticed if you have more than one drafts and you are deleting it one by one. after deleting all drafts it will showing two messages.
1. No drafts have been auto saved (which is in light gray color).
2. Recovered auto-saved drafts 1. (this should not visible is there is no drafts in the list).
Please refer attached screen.

Why isn't there a compulsory comment for down voting an answer? By that I mean why is not the voter forced to comment when down voting an answer like in the article? If they comment after down voting the answers, it may be helpful for me to improve the answers or to know any errors in my answers.

This question has been raised, and rejected, many times already. Ignore downvoting, it's just something that happens. If a downvoter wishes to help you then they will leave a comment, the ones who don't are not worth worrying about.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.
