Same old story: [^].
Pray, let the rains (of substance) fall upon the vines in the field, not upon the patchwork-tented circus now playing in the dusty town-square where bats nest in the out-of-tune calliope.

It is quite an illusion to imagine that one adjusts to reality essentially without the use of language and that language is merely an incidental means of solving specific problems of communication or reflection." When I try to upload my new article's zip, I get the error
"Unexpected error during upload. One or more files may not have been uploaded."
A second attempt causes this message to pop up:
"This file has already been selected: ALists2.zip"
Article name: The List Trifecta, Part 2

Can you please try again? We've revamped the upload system a little

In the article editor, isn't there supposed to be a button under "Upload Files" for uploading files? That button has disappeared (tried Chrome and FF). Sean Ewington asked for the file so I'll send it to him.

Even I'm not able to see the Upload button
I tried Ctrl + F5, but no luck.
I ran ccleaner now its working. Any possibility of multifile uploading. Now I'm able to darag and drop multiple files but its uploading only one.

Hey, first of all thanks for reporting this bug! To help with replicating the error could you give me as much information as possible of the files you are uploading at once? e.g. file types and size.

Hi Adam, It's working perfect now. I really like this feature Thank you.
I tried to replicate the issue and seems everything oaky for me. (I suspect the issue might be because of zero file size)
Some Suggestions,
>Can we have separate progress bar while uploading multiple files.
>If the file size is zero then it won't upload the file, that's right but it would be nice if there is any message for that.

This came up in this Lounge topic[^], I noticed I was able to access an old post (2003) perfectly fine in "Thread View", but other posters in "Normal" could not. (It leads to "-- Unable to load messages due to high load. Please try again --".) Switching layouts lead to the same result for me (and I did notice it took considerably longer to load).
Here's the post:

on this [^] page explaining the CodeProject Article Types, there's a typo in the reference part:
CP wrote: or requite as much detail
requite => require
Never underestimate the difference U can make in the lives of others.
∫(Edo )dx = Tzumer
∑k( this.Kid) k = this. ♥

The sentence construction also seems a little off:
... tips are not as exhaustive or extensive, or require as much detail ...
Taking out the intermediate clauses, that reads as:
... tips are not require as much detail ...
The "or" should probably be "and do not" to give:
... tips are not as exhaustive or extensive, and do not require as much detail ...

Ugh. Bad hair day on the wording.
I've updated to be "A tip has the same layout as a regular article but is meant primarily to provide a quick coding solution or tip. Tips and Tricks are not as exhaustive or extensive, nor do they require as much detail as an article to explain a problem and its solution. Articles may be several pages long, but a tip might be only a couple of paragraphs. Tips simply state a problem and a solution."
The updated wording will appear later today.

I don't know what the hell is happened, when ever i click on newest questions, "CEO, Sales, Marketing" are automatically saved in filters and the only filtered questions are displayed. I can't view the active list. Any idea about how to get rid of this. I have never ever used these terms as filter!

The Web Developer newsletter seems to be missing the interesting links from the top. For example, compare the online version[^] to the version which arrived in my Inbox[^].

Recently we implemented content filtering based on the Newsletter setting in your profile.
I found a potential issue that may have affected how content is filtered, but I still think that you should have gotten content. Please send me a copy of the Newsletter next week if you have any problems.
Also, you have a LOT of tags in your Newsletter Topic setting. If you clear the tags, you will get everything. You may be missing interesting content just because the author did not tag it the way you would. You also do not have the News, Weekly Pool, and Popular Content checked for inclusion. You are missing some great content as a result.

Thanks. I've cleared all the tags and selected all the newsletter features, so hopefully next week's newsletter should be OK.

When I visit an article that has subsequently been edit, I get presented with;
"You have a new draft version. Would you like to view or edit it?"
However, if the user is not the author of the article, would it not be better to change the wording to;
"There is a new draft version. Would you like to view or edit it?"

Sounds sensible. Consider it done.

Morning Chris,
I noticed your attempt to implement this, but it doesn't look like it quite went right. I went into an aticle this morning and it said "There is", but the rest of the sentence and the links were missing.
