Weeks? It's coming up on three months since I first reported it[^], and it had already been a problem for a while at that point.

I had this fixed. I've deployed. It's not fixed.
It works on my machine.
Still on the TODO.

My code works in my reality. Maybe not yours though.

When hovering over your answer, on the right side where your name is located, you should find "Improve question" link. This opens a new page where yu can see the original question and edit your answer.
The original question is shown a bit differently compared to what it looks like when not editing so don't get confused by that. You should find your answer in an editable text box when you scroll down the page.

Things have been hardened over time. My experience on Q&A:
- Editing own question/answer do not earn rep points anymore.
- Editing from rev 'V1' do not earn rep points.
- Editing from rev 'V2' and after earn rep points.
- Editing original question/answer do not necessary jump to 'V1'

I, just now, edited a post (because the webpage let the text of a "<{b}>" tag which was either supposed to be there or wasn't ... not my post you understand ... run on into the right margin of my display) just to see if I could fix it. But nothing was appended to the refresh other than the unaccredited alteration. Same weirdness I think.

In home page: articles moderation is gone, survey is gone.
on top of pages: near pseudo, rep score is gone.
in this forum: author's names (of messages) is gone, dates of messages too.
in Q&A: top helpers of the day and month are gone.
in Q&A: can improve a solution, but can't improve a question.
My bad: was my browser

Over the weekend, between March 31 and April 1 there were a lot of downloads of the article I wrote last week. However, although the download count is over 1,200 many of the downloads were not logged into the reputation points. I estimate that over 900 points were not cataloged. I looked in the FAQs. But found nothing on this. Is there an error in CodeProjects software between counting and logging of downloaded material?

Hmmm,
What you should be complaining about is... your article is 'hidden'. Even though I am following the 'mathematics' tag I cannot see your article on the front page.
Did you forget to add tags to your article? You would think anything added to the 'Algorithms & Recipes->Math' section would automatically get the 'Mathematics' tag. Guess not.
Best Wishes,
-David Delaune

Thank you for your comment! You are right I don't have the math tag set. I am not sure what you mean by the article is hidden? Will setting the math tag do it? I have a mentor and am new to the finer points of the publishing game. Thanks again for your insight.
