I think you do not get the Point.
1.) There was a comment allready to the question
2.) I post my comment to the question and it apears first as an reply to the existing comment.
3.) After Refresh, my comment appears in the right place.
Finally: Please stop to massacre me!
And very sorry that I can't express me in English so fluent like you, I Underdog

3. That comment was definitely posted to my answer, I even got the email about it. And refreshing the page does not change anything. I also just posted a comment to the question, and a few others today, and they all got posted in the correct places.

Excellent! Thank you.
Quick question. How much time was there between you loading the page initially and you posting that message? Was it over 11 mins?

Sorry can't tell that definitelly. [Edit]But I think it was much less than 11 mins[/Edit]
History of my screenshots:
2.Exising comments to the question, not modified from me 21:22:59
3.While Replying to Afzaal 21:23:20
4.After Pressing "Submit button" for my reply under work 21:24:00
5.After Page Refresh 21:24:34
// Took screenshow afterwards
1.The original question 21:25:24
I try to find another example. For me it Looks like there has to be a Q with two comments (maybe better three). Replying to the first comment seems to make this turbulences.
Again: It is not crtitical, more surprising in case you expirience it first time and try to react in a way "oh sh*t replyed to wrong member, delete it, rewrite it...." until you recognize it's only a small refresshing Thing...

This looks weird: If I navigate to a user Rajendra@Bablu - Professional Profile the profile page opens but if I click the name link (at rajendra) it brings someone else's profile.
I'm also a little worried, how many reports the latter user has been receiving because of the first one being reported.

The queue looked like this: [^]
Or with details this: [^]
No sign of who, where, or the bulk of the message! Presumably, it's a HTML thing, but I can't tell what is going on so rejected it to be on the safe side.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

In "My Notifications", there is one entry.
The tiny red square at the top right of the screen says that there are two.
I saved a screen cap over here if that would help anyone.
No biggy, just thinking that this might be related to something important.

Was there supposed to be a link to the screen cap?

No
Every time I try that it always backfires on me.
I will send it to anyone who wants to see it.

Yes, and hark, that E-Mail address had vanished.
(I changed hosts; whatever caused it, no clue, but I did fix it)
Great site and great community you have here, sir. I am totally jealous.

I've just noticed the site adds some bogus newlines in C/C++ code snippets after the C++ styled comments. It looks horribly, especially if there are multiple lines of it, or if a line of code is followed by some short comment (e.g. to describe some structure members).
I checked my article Custom Controls in Win32 API: Scrolling and its source seems correct (there are no such new-lines within the <pre> tag.

The site seems to be having a lot of bizarre issues lately. Some messages have disappeared as well, with no related reputation events happening.

You forgot to escape the angle brackets in the List<B> declaration in the first code block.
