"You do not have sufficient Reputation to vote in this survey"
Another test ?
«In art as in science there is no delight without the detail ... Let me repeat that unless these are thoroughly understood and remembered, all “general ideas” (so easily acquired, so profitably resold) must necessarily remain but worn passports allowing their bearers short cuts from one area of ignorance to another.» Vladimir Nabokov, commentary on translation of “Eugene Onegin.”

We've tightened the voting criteria but you should well and truly be able to vote.
Can you please email me your votes and I'll try voting on your behalf and see what's happening.

Hi Chris,
I am too facing the same problem. Is there any reference for the new rules?

Did you use any content / script blocker like NoScript with Firefox?
There was another change in the CDN URL's (now codeproject.global.ssl.fastly.net).
When this is blocked it might be the reason.

I have a custom HOSTS-file on my main system. But I tried with another PC without any filtering and the issue remains.

It was just a guess (as you mentioned we are all guessing )
Maybe Chris has tightened the criteria in the wrong direction (two actual MVP's can't vote and Bill was one last year).

Can you vote now?

Looks like OP himself removed it. I advised him to post it in QA.
