Well, I disagree with some points - but as I said to Pete - I'll stop wasting everyone's time and figure out what I can do on my own on this topic. Maybe add text file to zip with source code or something... will see what works best with what is available to me.
Thanks for taking time to respond and I appreciate that you said you understand the idea - who knows maybe something will be done about this down the road...

Today when moderating articles, I gave the 4th approve vote to an article. For the sake of testing, I refreshed and voted to approve again, but instead of saying "4", it now said "1". Then I tried the same on a different article, and the same there! Instead of saying "4" twice, it said "4" the first time and "1" the second time.
Do approve votes get lost?
(For the people who wonder why I decided to test this: I recently noticed that it hardly ever happened that I gave the last approve vote for articles, and a few months ago that happened way more frequently; so I decided to see what happens here, and I got to this strange result.)

If the author updated their article in between votes then the approval count gets reset.

I see... it's still strange though that this happened twice, with a delay of less than a minute.

That's because the font the site uses does not support those Unicode characters.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism.
Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

There could be several reasons: it could be that the database farm took a while to feed it through to the webserver you were connected to.
But the most likely reason is that it was picked up by the automatic spam filter system and went to moderation. That means a human has to notice, check, and approve the question before it is published to prevent inappropriate material.
It happens, the spam detector makes mistakes occasionally - but it also catches a lot of cr@p and that makes the site as a whole a lot better place to be. (It catches some of my answers as well).
Don't worry about it, don't try to analyse why it caught it - because we don't want to give spammers any clues as to what will get through - and thank the hamsters for providing a "check" system instead of just cancelling your account!

Why Cp providing only Top 5 experts on current month.Atleast we can provide "Top 10" because we want to know many more experts list.

"Top 10" is enough.otherwise we need large space...

Because it's irrelevant?
Personally, I don't see it has any real value, even with five on there...

I agree; it only has value when my name is on there.

Maybe it even had benefits to show no Top-list at all.

Probably yes... at least many "I was 2nd expert of the day in XXth of XXXXXX" would reduce traffic and say something when really have something interesting to say
