I was trying to add an extra witty comment to my forum signature.
I appended the extra text on a new line after the existing one. I then hit save and ...!
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to receive the Insider newsletter on another email address as well.
I have a private CP account, but I would like to receive the Insider at work too (so I'd like to receive it at two email addresses).
Is this possible without creating a second account?
And could it, for example, be possible to create one account and send the Insider to the entire company?
It's an OO world.

{
public void DoWork()
{
throw new NotSupportedException();
}
}

Sadly no at least from our end you would need to create a new account at which you wished to receive newsletters.
Thanks,

Unfortunate indeed
I guess I could make a company account.
Thanks anyway.

Although, I think such a feature would be useful and should go on the idea list.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

I suspect it might be because its a autosaved draft. Its possible that it was in moderation queue when you made a comment. It happen many times since last month or so.

Yeah. Whatever may be the case, it should redirect me to the Reply to the Comment, right?
So, it needs to be fixed. Thanks Rohan.

I don't know if it is related, but in the forums this often happens when the comment it is linking to is now on a different page. You have to click next in the page numbers to then see it.
I don't know if articles page comments though.
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

Here it is an issue with versions of article and as you said in forums, it is due to paging.
However, the issue is the same. It does not take you to the correct post.

|
|

This can also occur if the post pointed to by the link was subsequently deleted...
|
|
|
|
|
No, that is not deleted. Because I did saw the post in the next version of the Article, when it was in the Moderation Queue.

I can see it fine in Full site mode, but even clicking on the question doesn't bring it up in mobile mode.
Oh BTW: try entering a new message here on a tablet in mobile mode! The subject line text box is just big enough for the word "can't"...: laugh:

Hi Everyone!
Can someone help me out? I can't seem to download the projects here:
http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/277/Custom-Captions-including-multi-line-captions
I don't know if it's my account or not.
Does anyone have the same problem? If you don't, can you send me the project files at kwlee1971@gmail.com?
Thanks for all your help!

Hi Chris,
Thank you very much!! I can download the project now. I appreciate your quick response!
Having this codeset is a great thing to me. I did want to point out some errors that I got when opening this project up in Visual Studio 2008 and compiling it:
1>source\customcaption\caption.cpp(617) : error C3861: '_MAX': identifier not found
1>source\customcaption\caption.cpp(617) : error C3861: '_MAX': identifier not found
1>source\customcaption\caption.cpp(618) : error C3861: '_MIN': identifier not found
1>source\customcaption\caption.cpp(618) : error C3861: '_MIN': identifier not found
Also in the midst of converting the .dsw and .dsp files into .sln and .vcproj files, there are some Surround SCM bindings in the files themselves, which still link them to the Source Control software where they are stored.
Would you be able to look into correcting these errors for a future release? I know that the codeset is very old, but I thought I might give my feedback.
In any case, I appreciate your help and support!
Kenny

The code isn't our code - it's the author's code. You can either contact him by posting a message at the bottom of his article, or better: update your copy of the code in the article (see your workspaces at )[^] and then issue a pull request to the author with your updates

When I add a solution in "quick asnswer" I see the solution at time but when I refresh the page or redirect the page from the links in "my asnwers" page so there is no answer from me!
Just the accepted answers can be seen.

Same here...It's only from today however, older answers are shown...
