I happen to see this when OP posted the broken data on that article... who knows how many of these hiding here
|
|

From what I know, the articles are stored in a database, with metadata related to downloads and stuff. I am guessing that got corrupted somehow.
And database corruption is a fun thing to deal with. NOT!

I like the Clear All button on the notifications screen - would it be possible to have a link to clear all notifications on the little menu when you hover over the number of notifications? Saves a couple of clicks, and you know how expensive they are!!

I deliberately didn't do this because I was worried about accidental clicks. I guess a little Javascript warning could help...

I wouldn't mind that for the Sign out too ... been a while since last time slipped, but it has happened a few times - and entering email + password on the mobile is still a pain ...

After (most of) the US went to Daylight Saving Time this morning, CodeProject still had the time stamps correct on my Recent Reputation History. But sometime within the past hour, it got messed up and the time of the events are now displayed as having occurred 1 hour earlier.
I went to My Settings and checked the box "Are you currently in Daylight Saving Time?", but that does not seem to have changed anything.

I knew about your age, but was totally unaware that AspDotNetDev[^] too was that trained.

Pete, being a protector, has been trained to protect the identities of the other protectors. Much to learn you have.

What about you?

Nah, I've just got a dirty mind, and that was a great piece of innuendo from you.

This is a question that crossed my mind a few weeks ago. After 10+ years on CP, I'd be really honored if I could help more than only not posting drivel in the Lounge.
- Then why don't you write an article, to start with ? One every other decade should not be that difficult.
- Well, because I..., mmmhh... OK, let's forget this post.

Please don't take offense Pete, but the funniest thing about this, is that they marked the post as "Answered".

Well, I did explain how it happens. He's just lucky he doesn't have to do the crash swamp course version.
