The article vote section clearly states that you can vote for multiple articles. This is a fair and reasonable thing to do because you may have more than one article that you think is worthy of a vote. Rather than force you to ignore a great article, this approach lets you recognise it.

Same is the case with Chrome and IE.

Please check this screen shot[^] how code project home page appears in my PC when someone tries to spam the QA section.
Is there a way to wrap the text message or its just me having this trouble?

First of all, it is NOT about the reputation points. I am just speaking about them, because it pointed me out a possible malfunction.
I think the Web02 Server is a bit on his own. While using CP I have noticed that my reputation was changing. I payed attention and the difference was about 60 points. Since I am not so active the last days, that 60 points could make a difference of a week or two.
I have been refreshing the forums some times in a row. When I land in Web02 this forum is missing half page and the reports forum is missing 4 or 5 messages.
Not sure if other servers are having the same issue, I only noticed it when landing in Web02. I just noticed there is a Release or ID Number next to the server. I'll pay attention and write it down if I land there another time.
EDIT_2:
In previous edit (about 10 minutes ago) I said:
Edit:
Web02 | 2.6.130102.4 | 9 Jan 2013 (Act rep OK)
Web02 | 2.6.130102.4 | 5 Jan 2013 (rep -57)
Web02 | 2.6.130102.4 | 8 Jan 2013 (rep -2)
In this moment it is:
Web02 | 2.6.130102.4 | 10 Aug 2007 (Act rep is OK) but messages missing and first addition to this message missing as well.
P.S. I have seen recent messages missing in Web04 as well
Regards.

I don't have a idea is this the best place to post this question. Is there anyway to report about the incorrect down voting for a Answer?
Recently I gave a answer for one of the question, and I hope someone down voted my answer without verifying it. Is there anyway to correct this type of issue?
Sadly no. People are free to vote as they wish.
hmmm.. but don't you think we need any reviewing system to eliminate this kind of incident.
My opinions on the voting system are well known. The thing is, the more reviews that are put in place, the less likely it is that anyone will downvote a genuinely bad answer. That skews the whole system.
At the end of the day, what does a downvote matter to you? Do your points pay for a Ferrari? Can you eat them? Does it make YOU think you gave the wrong answer?
No..
My point is, sometimes the viewer get miss the perfect answer because of the this incorrect down voting..
Sadly, it happens. While there's voting, it will continue to happen. There will always be someone willing to downvote just because they didn't understand something, or they want their answer at the top.

Is this the best place to report an article? The article is almost 10 years old, but was just updated today and looks suspicious. The code is essentially copied from CodeForge and most of the text is taken from MSDN. I also posted a message on the article questioning the author. A Basic Media Player[^].

Hello All,
It would be helpful if CP portal automatically accept that answer which OP has submitted by clicking "I solved it myself" button.
Currently we need to enter our own solution and then need to refresh the page then it "ACCEPT SOLUTION" button appear in our entered solution and then only we can accept it to mark question as "SOLVED"
Let me know if you think any flaws in this or it is against our CP portal process.
Hope this helps , If yes the accept the answer and vote it otherwise revert back with your queries

If you just clicked a button that says "I solved it myself", then no one will know how you solved it. Adding your solution and then marking it helps other people to find the answer when they come across a similar problem.
One of these days I'm going to think of a really clever signature.

Thanks for reply .My suggestion is to update that feature so that it will accept the answer when user submitted by clicking "I solved it myself" button and offcourse he has to give solutin details but when he hit submit then CP portal should accept this as solution without Op interaction.
Let me know if you need any clarification
Hope this helps , If yes the accept the answer and vote it otherwise revert back with your queries
