The only way I can catch this is to look while you're logged on. I think you're a few hours ahead of Toronto so I'll keep my eyes open tomorrow morning and if you're on and you see it happen again let me know and hopefully I'm on when it happens.
cheers

I think it is not worth to pay too much attention to that. It's not a problem if it shows 'Sign out from ...' for me. I only reported this to give a hint which might eventually also indicate other problems.
Anyway thank you very much and from my side no problem to close the 'ticket'.

Thanks, but it's still bugging me.
This message will be shown when the system sees two or more sessions at once. The fact that you see an indication of two sessions when you are logged in only once is very odd. Either something else is logging in, or appearing to log in, or we can't count.
Are you going through an anonymising proxy, or do you have adblockers or uBlock installed?
cheers

I can assure, that I'm logged in only on one pc at CP (with this new acc, maybe imply a thing with my previous account?)
Proxy: No, no proxy
Add blocker: no, not at that personal laptop which is the only one which I use for CP at this moment.
Other observation:
It appears usually after visit CP in the morning... and it disapears after a 'while'.
Really I don't like to disturb you with this.

It took now a long time from my side until I remembered that it does show the sessions, sorry.

Did you close your browser between 5:28 and 5:42?

I assume the time is shown as my local time and in this case I can say: no, I did not close the browser between 5:28AM and 5:42AM. I did closed the browser the day before at about 11PM and started the browser today again about 10AM.

This at UTC 17:23
And yes of course I closed/started the browser (chrome Version 88.0.4324.150 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)) several times during the day.
I hope it helps and again: all this is not a problem for me. But I'm ready to help if it helps you.

Hit "Save Draft" on article then after much work, submitted it, but got some weird cache error in Chrome. No back button prompt or anything at all.
When the back button was hit, the page reverted to a version hours ago, even though Save Draft was done regularly since.
Anyway of retrieving the lost work?
Also, when opening a new page of the draft, Chrome cache gets an old copy of it- any way to keep it updated?
Thanks

If you look at your revision history and check the box "Show auto-saved drafts" you can see all Saved Drafts.
- CodeProject[^]
I've gone back through some of them looking for one with more text, but I'm not sure which is the best version.
Is this one good?

Hi Sean, thanks for the info.
Fantastic- they are all there! The one desired is this - or perhaps the one after.

Fantastic! Will keep the current and just copy the missing text in to it tomorrow.

Thank you Sean,
you just confirmed what I told @Chris-Maunder or @Matthew-Dennis in the bug below... the drafts are listed in the revisions history too.
so there is something else going on with those reported articles.

I get the “failed to upload” message trying to upload any ZIP file for the already published article. It happened in both cases: if the file has the same name as the older one, or if I used a new name (containing version number).

I also just encountered this error when editing an existing article and trying to replace its .zip download. This[^] is the article in question. Not only did the download fail to upload, it destroyed the download in the published version! This is a serious bug.

It seems that our bug creation process has affected your ability to upload zips.
I'm attacking it now.

Could you notify me when I'm able to upload again?

I think messages deleted for spam should be deleted, unless they have answers.
This is not at all different from having the same number of gibberish posts, it's still a denial of service.

would it be possible to allow "multiple selection" for Protectors?
That way we could delete all at once (at least in the visible page), instead of needing to move mouse to each of them, click, move to "delete" in the confirmation, move to the next message and so on...
I can understand "security first" but in such cases it is really tedious to clean up a forum.

Don't quite understand why this article show as approved (by Editor or trusted author ). All it has is three spam reports...

Left side below the tags and the stats is still "pending"
I think it is part of the same bug as here[^]
If you look at the images I posted later in the thread all the Vx are "approved by editor or trusted user" label
