Sounds like a caching issue with your browser. Try hitting Ctrl+F5 (at least on Chrome, Edge and Firefox)

On desktop, occasionally I've seen this happen. Instead of the 'hand' selector, the cursor selector appears when hovering over a menu item. At that point it is treating it as text, not a link, and you can't click on it to access the forum.
I created another tab, and in that one it is working correctly. And it is now working in this one correctly.

You've just hit the "Following" selector button, and it's switched it from the "Categorised" display, is all:

I did not know that.
Actually, it is the Layout option Fixed vs Fluid.
Thanks for the hint.

Your observation is absolutely correct. This happens a lot of time, that some Menu Items are not displayed
It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question

Drop downs used to work in mobile view, but now pressing lounge dropdown has no way to access any other option besides lounge. Desktop view works correctly, with full menu.

On a phone or tablet?
This is by design on the phone, but I'm looking to expand that in a redesign soon. I miss the other forums too.

Two days in a row now I got an e-mail about someone replying to one of my messages; the email ends with: "Do not hit 'reply' to this email: To reply, click here."
When I click, I find a "Message currently under review" with content "This message has been flagged as potential spam and is awaiting moderation" and no means to reply. Example[^]
Suggestion:
the addressee, possibly qualified by sufficient reputation points, could be offered a way to (1) lift the moderation status and/or (2) reply anyway.
TIA

Or maybe the notification message shouldn't be sent until the reply has been approved?

that would be the preferred action on real spam
otherwise it is just an unnecessary delay...
does anyone know the recent spam/nospam ratio for the under-review messages?
I don't know how a message gets an "under review" status, however a good approach for early notification could be:
- give all members a spam counter, initially set at say 2;
- for each of his messages that get put under review, send an immediate notification when the spam counter is zero;
- and either increment (by 1) or decrement (by 1) the spam counter appropriately (don't make it negative though) at review time.

Good points.
So
1) we could see if there's an elegant way to add a note: "You have moderator ability. Click here to moderate this message", or
2) only send the notification about a message when the message is actually published. You don't need notifications of spam

Yeah.
You probably could introduce restricted moderator rights like so:
- assuming a certain level of reputation;
- only applying to messages that are replies to ones own messages.
- rights limited to "accept as non-spam" or "do nothing" (i.e. leave it to a full moderator).

Hi,
A picture is worth a thousand words..... so why can't I add a screenshot to my bug reports?
Thanks,

Well ... did you try pasting one?
Try WINKEY+SHIFT+S, then CTRL+V in the text box.
Do note this ONLY works in Sugs'n'Bugs - the other forums aren't as closely "policed" and some of our users would ... um ... post unsuitable material.
