This has led to this recent adventure: I deleted a comment I made on a solution; later, the author of the solution I commented on then posted a response to my deleted comment on a solution I posted ... because he could not reply to my deleted comment. That made a mess.
I consider this behavior a bug, just as I consider the ability of other people to delete, or edit, a comment I made a bug: there is a reporting mechanism available to flag offensive comments.
thanks, Bill

Or let's look how it is displayed in a real comment:

while others will be shown as e.g.

Until now I used usually Q/A-Answer to let format a link. Just before a Minute I recognized it does not work anymore
Before (ca. yesterday) it was possible to paste a link into an answer and CP formatted the link nicely.
Btw: IE11

Agree, "CP Internal links" seems still to work. Try it e.g. with http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/cctype/islower/
[Edit]
Seems to be a random issue, just tried several times and now formatting is back

I did not reported the article in any way! My question is, what is the appropriate -non destructive- Report Option because of language?

0x01AA wrote: what is the appropriate -non destructive- Report Option because of language? There is none yet. Article has been nuked due to "unclear/incomplete". And I am fine with it.
The site language is english, if someone just post in another language, I do think it deserves "destructive" report.
If not... saying "my english is not good" to start with and using google translator is the right way to do to avoid "destruction". An editor can afterwads correct and optimize it.
Your have always said your english is not that good and you use translators... and it is going pretty well, isn't it?

My though was the author is promoting the site: convertidoramp3.com . On that site, it said the convertor cost $19.95, but no option to make the payment

In which case, the author is a spammer, and should be reported as such.

Quite often, I'll open CP and find that I am being prompted to sign in again. I think this behavior was mentioned a while ago - not a show stopper, just annoying.
I have not noticed any pattern here - it appears to be random in nature which, I realize, is not that helpful

I've had to sign in three of four times this year already. I don't remember signing in at all last year.

Mine is random. Might not happen for days, then 2 or 3 times in a row and then not for days again. I clear my cache infrequently and always preserve cookies for certain sites including CP. It is rather odd.

In this case, I posted a comment on a solution that started with: "My vote of #1." Now, the comment is deleted by someone else.
thanks, Bill

Thanks, Nelek, I think the only person that should delete the comment, or edit it, should be the person who wrote it, badges, or no badges.
After, all anyone can flag/report the comment if the content is offensive, etc.
